Alice "Al" Byrd Kimbrough of 31 Monte Vista Place died Wednesday, February 10, 2010. A native of Laurens, SC She was a resident of Asheville for a number of years. She was a daughter of the late James and Eula Rice Byrd.
Surviving are her daughter, Shirley Byrd Robinson, (Jim) of Candler; granddaughter, Aisha Robinson Parker (Marcellous) of Atlanta, GA; other relatives and friends.
Services will be held Monday at Noon in the chapel of Hart Funeral Service where the family will receive friends Sunday from 5 until 6 p.m.. Rev. James Gash will officiate, burial will be in Violet Hill Cemetery.
